I met Debi in July of 2008….what a journey it has been!
I had always wanted to compete….I had previously done a
figure competition and looked ok. I knew I could be
better and I knew my real passion was bodybuilding. Over
the last few years “life” happened and my focus was
off….I relocated to the Atlanta area, changed jobs….Debi
stuck by me! Debi and I dialed it in over the last eight
months and on July 10, 2010 I won my class in my first
bodybuilding competition. Debi and I communicated weekly
and she was spot on with my diet
and workout routines. I have worked with other trainers
before but NEVER had results like this….she has taught
me so much about nutrition, form and being CONSISTENT! I
can not imagine ever working with someone else…not only
is Debi Laszewski, my trainer; she has become a good
friend. Thank you Debi!
